In the colorful foothills of Missouri, a writer seeks solace to mull over life and loss alongside his endearing, three-legged dog. Yet what should be a trip of peaceful nights full of writing and contemplation is interrupted by strange sounds and smells. His wildly imaginative brother has a few theories as to what the cause could be. After physical evidence proves that something is out there, the two brothers are suddenly on the hunt—or are they the ones being hunted?
